- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping. Orders shipped with expedited service generally arrive within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: If you need your order urgently, our express shipping option ensures delivery within 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: For customers outside the United States, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and rates will depend on the destination country.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific amount (as specified on our promotions page).
Additional fees may apply for expedited or international shipping. These fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) on weekdays or during weekends will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping provider for delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Playsurii only ships to addresses within the United States and select international locations. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Here is an estimated timeline for various shipping methods:

It is important to provide accurate shipping information during checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure it is correct. Playsurii is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or refund.
